In the gallery we want to show you some of many automation lines which we developed and assembled.
Shown equipment is also depends on customer preferences. Published are also machine lay-outs.

We also manufacture automation stations with wide varioty of special/complex functions depend of customer needs.
Automation stations include multiple technologies united together which are assuring proper functionality.

We also developed pick and place functions with a wide range of industrial robots such as ABB, Kuka, Bosch, Mitsubishi, EPSON etc.
Robot movements are also controlled and programmed to run smoothly and without any problems.

We developed a wide variety of pick and place units to pick all kinds of semi-finished parts and place them in various positions.
Movement of the units are more or less generated with pneumatical actuators (linear & rotary cylinders).

For dosing semi-finished products to the automated lines we use various rotary and linear vibrators. Every dosing unit is built and
later customized for every part of the final product. A wide variety of dosing units are shown in the gallery below.

Within the scope of surface treating we are advanced in automatic labelling, laser marking and ink-jet marking. We also developed
various stickers labelling solutions. Customer decides which technology to use and we integrate it in its automated line.

Many automated lines require various measures such as measurment of forces, dimensions, torques, preassures, temperatures etc.
Based on measuring we have developed our standards for various types of measures.

For screwdriving motors we use pneumatic or electrical actuators (Deprag, Bosch etc.). All other components of screwing unit are
designed and adjusted specifically to ensure the position of screwing properly.

We are flexible regarding installing vision components to our machine stations. Main purpouses are monitoring various part
positions, presence, orientation, dimensions, shapes etc.

Specified automated lines also need riveting & pressing units to ensure tightness between components or stamping inner threads.
For pressing force we use pneumatic or hydraulic actuators.

Regarding welding technologies we are specialized in laser welding, plasma welding and cutting, resistance welding and automatic soldering.
All welding stations on automated lines are properly secured to prevent any other damages and injuries.
